Steve Traub lives in Newburyport, MA, a seaside community about 40 miles north of Boston near the NH border. He was born 4/13/52 (but looks much younger). He enjoys reading, writing (but not 'rithmetic), jogging, rowing, fishing, traveling, desk-top-publishing, and on-line computing and Web page authoring. He has an aging 486 computer, an aging Nissan Maxima, an aging B.A. from Harvard, but just bought some new pencils.

When not engaged in the activities listed above, and other stuff, he appraises commercial real estate in New England (see Steve's Professional Bio) and publishes Property Valuation Monitor, a quarterly, commercial real estate newsletter.
